Our Leadership Team
Jennifer Phelps (Rava), M.S., BCBA
Jennifer founded Engage Behavioral Health in 2008. As owner and president, she specializes in the assessment and treatment of children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. She is also an expert in Applied Verbal Behavior treatment for children with ASD.
Nicole Hanney, Ph.D., BCBA
Nicole Hanney, Ph.D., BCBA fell in love with the field of applied behavior analysis in 2007. Since then, she has worked in the areas of skill acquisition and problem behavior reduction in a variety of settings, such as center-based clinics, residential schools, in-home services, public and private schools, and early intervention preschools. She has also provided services with several populations, including, typically developing children, caregivers, teachers, staff, adolescents and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and developmental disabilities, and visually impaired individuals.
Senior Clinical Supervisors
Danielle Godish, M.A., BCBA
Danielle has been a member of the Engage Behavioral Health team since 2012. She specializes in the development, implementation and supervision of Verbal Behavior (VB) and Behavior Reduction Programs. She is responsible for parent and staff training to ensure proficient implementation of behavior programming across all environments.
Kelsey Brown, M.A., BCBA
Kelsey has been a member of the Engage Behavioral Health team since 2015. She is a BCBA serving out of the Brandon/Riverview locations.
Kelsey attended Ball State University in Central Indiana for both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. She received her dual B.S. in Deaf Education and Special Education/Mild Interventions. She continued her education and received her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism.
