The Area Director is responsible for the development, management, and quality assurance of clinical services provided by Engage in each geographic area. Additional responsibilities include growing services in a designated market, becoming involved with clinical research, and taking a strategic position in the evaluation of novel and current clinical techniques.
BCaBAs will work under the supervision of the BCBA. BCaBAs can supervise the work of Registered Behavior Technicians, and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions. BCaBAs monitor and evaluate the implementation of behavior intervention plans and work with the BCBA to address areas that need further training.
Clinical and Senior Clinical Supervisors primarily perform the duties and responsibilities of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), demonstrating competency in the assessment and/or treatment of clients through the practice of ABA. They provide direct clinical services to clients and families, supervision of RBTs and the entire therapy team, and trainings to staff, caregivers, and teachers. They ensure the quality culture at Engage, participate in activities for professional growth, and continue to increase their skill sets as BCBAs through trainings and conferences.
The Registered Behavior Technician practices under the consistent and on-going supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. The RBT provides ABA services to children with special needs and their families. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of ABA services with clients across environments.
