Clinical and Senior Clinical Supervisors primarily perform the duties and responsibilities of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), demonstrating competency in the assessment and/or treatment of clients through the practice of ABA. They provide direct clinical services to clients and families, supervision of RBTs and the entire therapy team, and trainings to staff, caregivers, and teachers. They ensure the quality culture at Engage, participate in activities for professional growth, and continue to increase their skill sets as BCBAs through trainings and conferences.
The Registered Behavior Technician practices under the consistent and on-going supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. The RBT provides ABA services to children with special needs and their families.
