Our Team:

Chief Clinical Officer

Nicole has worked in the areas of skill acquisition and problem behavior reduction in a variety of settings, such as center-based clinics, residential schools, in-home services, public and private schools, and early intervention preschools. She has provided services to several populations, including, typically developing children, caregivers, teachers, staff, adolescents and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and developmental disabilities, and visually impaired individuals. In 2010, she graduated with a BS in Psychology and BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Louisiana State University. Following her undergraduate studies, she began her graduate school career in 2010 at Auburn University and completed her PhD in Cognitive and Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis in ABA in 2015. She is currently the Chief Clinical Officer at Engage Behavioral Health with a focus on staff training and professional development, and collaborative research projects. Her primary research interests are verbal behavior, staff/caregiver training, and skill acquisition with early learners.

Chief Operating Officer, Hernando Clinical Director

Gianna has been a member of the Engage Behavioral Health Team since 2008. She graduated from University of South Florida with a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2011. As Chief Operating Officer, Gianna’s central focus is to continue developing and implementing company processes as well as maintaining the integrity of each while preparing to expand operations towards other markets. Her clinical experience includes working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities, as well as typically developing children and adolescents in a variety of settings. She specializes in verbal behavior, skill acquisition and behavior reduction.   

Chief Processing Officer, Clinical Director: Sarasota

Brittany  joined the Engage team in 2017 as the Sarasota Clinical Director after providing behavior analytic services in both Arizona and Wisconsin.  She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and French from Fairfield University in 2011.  Brittany then attended University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she earned a Master’s degree (2013) and Doctorate (2015) in Experimental Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis.  Brittany has experience conducting functional analyses, developing and implementing function-based treatments for challenging behaviors and developing and implementing a variety of skill-acquisition procedures.  Some of her specific areas of interest include verbal behavior, feeding, automatically maintained behaviors, and staff training.  As a behavior analyst, Brittany is passionate about clinical quality assurance, developing systems to improve overall client experience, ensuring evidence-based interventions are implemented and applying behavior-analytic principles in all settings.

Clinical Directors

Clinical Director: Wesley Chapel
Amye has been a member of the Engage Behavioral Health team since 2010 and has had the pleasure of working with children with varying disabilities for the past 10 years. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of South Florida, where she also earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and Graduate Certificate in Positive Behavior Support. Amye specializes in developing and implementing verbal behavior, skill acquisition, social skills and behavior reduction programs and has experience in verbal behavior programming, intensive behavior reduction, self care, toilet training, feeding, social skills, community outings, caregiver training, and school consultation. I also enjoy presenting at professional conferences. As the Clinical Director of Wesley Chapel, her responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, collaborating with the clinical supervisory team, and overseeing a supervisory caseload. Amye is passionate about ensuring every client and their families receive the best clinical care provided by our passionate and professional therapist team and caring about each child’s individual success. She feels family involvement is key and looks forward to collaborating with parents to create the best outcomes for success and lasting change.
Clinical Director: 

Viviana has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007. Her experience encompasses work with children, adolescents and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities, and typically developing children and adolescents; as well as caregiver, teacher and staff training. 

Viviana has worked in service delivery, training, supervision and research in the areas of skill acquisition and problem behavior reduction in a variety of settings, such as center-based clinics, outpatient hospital programs, adult day training facilities, private family homes, residential group homes and public and private schools. 

Viviana holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida. In addition to being the Clinical Director for the Brandon-Riverview area, Viviana is a member of Engage Behavioral Health’s Clinical Advisory Board, works closely with our Chief Clinical Officer to coordinate our Research and Development department and leads bi-weekly discussion and reading groups with our RBTs, Clinical Supervisors and Directors. 

Viviana is passionate about teaching and disseminating ABA, and strives to help every client develop strong skills to create lasting change.

Area Director: Tallahassee

Mary Kate has been a member of the Engage Behavioral Health Team since 2013. She specializes in providing intensive early intervention services to toddlers and young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has also worked with children and adults with behavioral disorders in a variety of different settings, including family homes, group homes and schools.

Hannah Buckman
Clinical Director: Town 'N' Country
Hannah joined the Engage team in 2017 as a Clinical Supervisor at the former North Tampa Clinic after providing behavior analytic services in Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and minor in Communication Disorders from Appalachian State University in 2013 and then attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County, earning her Master’s in Human Services Psychology, with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis in 2017. 

Prior to joining Engage, Hannah worked at the Kennedy Krieger Institute on the Behavioral Psychology, Intensive Pediatric Feeding Disorders Unit in Baltimore City, Maryland (2014-17). There, she participated in the assessment and treatment of pediatric food refusal as well as caregiver and school trainings and gained experience conducting functional analyses related to food refusal, developing and implementing function-based treatments for challenging behaviors and caregiver training. As a behavioral analyst, Hannah is passionate about intensive feeding therapy and caregiver and staff training.

Elizabeth Solley M.A., BCBA
Senior Clinical Supervisor, Learning For Life Academy Clinical Director of Tampa Bay

Liz has been a member of the Engage Behavioral Health Team since 2012. She started as a therapist while earning her Masters’ Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida and has continued as a Clinical Supervisor since November 2014. Liz has experience in verbal behavior programming, parent training, behavior reduction, social skills, development of coping skills, school consultation and healthy behavior promotion. She is passionate about disseminating behavior analysis and promoting the use of current research in the field both in one-on-one therapy and in group instruction. As the Clinical Director of LFLA, her focus is on using the most up-to-date technology and research to maximize learning for each student in the classroom and on providing training and support to all staff to ensure that each child is set up to have the best individualized instruction possible.

Hannah has been a member of the Engage Behavioral Health team since 2009. As a Clinical Director, Hannah assists with managing and supervising staff in Northern Virginia, as well as provides behavioral therapy.
